I look, properly.
I map what you use, where the same thing is typed twice, how money moves from quote to bank, and what only you can do. Every hour and euro is worked out from your own numbers, with the sums shown.
Day 5
Three wins, two ways each.
A short report: three changes, ranked by return. For each — what it is, what it's worth a year, a cheaper way and a fuller way, verified prices, effort in hours, and the first step. Then a 30-minute call to walk through it, or a recording if you'd rather.

The guarantee
Three wins, or no fee.
If I can't find three changes you could make this month, you don't pay — I'll tell you, and the fee is refunded in full. Every win comes with what it's worth to you in time or money, worked out from your own answers and labelled as the estimate it is.
The credit
It counts towards the full review.
Take the full Operations Review within 60 days and the €450 comes off the price. The Quick Wins report becomes week one.
Who it's for
Owner-run businesses with an office.
Any size, anywhere in Ireland — it's remote. If your office runs on Excel, WhatsApp, Sage and a paper diary, that's where we start; the report is written in plain English for whoever runs the office.
Not for you if you're one person with no admin to speak of, or if what you want is someone to build software — that's a different conversation, and I'll say so before you pay rather than after.

Fair questions
Before you start.
How long does the questionnaire take?
About twenty minutes. One question per screen, examples under each, and "roughly is fine" everywhere. Your answers are kept as you go, so you can close it and come back later in the same browser. The three uploads take two minutes each: a screenshot or list of what you pay for, one recent job's quote–job sheet–invoice, and a screenshot of where your files live. Blur anything you'd rather I didn't see.
What if I can't do the call?
Then don't. Choose "no call" at the end of the questionnaire and you'll get the report with a ten-minute recorded walkthrough instead, and I answer any questions by email the same day. The call version produces slightly sharper wins, because I can check the two or three numbers everything hinges on — but both cost the same.
Can my office manager fill it in?
Yes, and often that's better — they know where the time goes. The one section I'd like from you personally is "what only you can do", and the call, if you're having one, should include you for at least the first ten minutes.
What do you need from me?
Honest answers and the three uploads. No accounts access, no site visit, no preparation. If something's missing I'll ask by email; I won't hold the report for it.
What happens after?
You do the wins, or you don't — they're yours. A month later I'll check in to ask whether the first one happened and what it changed. If you'd like a hand putting one in, that's a fixed one-off, quoted in a line. If it's opened your eyes to the wider picture, the four-week review is there with your €450 already off the price for 60 days. There's no subscription and nothing to cancel.
